Description: Carl is a ‘Del Boy’ entrepreneur amongst his friends and school friends, still lives in the shadow of his elder sister amongst the family.

Longer Description: Carl is an English country boy with a biracial background (English, Trinidadian) He’s more relaxed, down to earth and stylish than his elder sister Celia. He’s less formally academic than Celia and feels his own ambitions aren’t listened to in the family. He has a plumbing apprenticeship on the cards, falling in his father’s footsteps of going into a trade. His father expects it from Carl, but doesn’t really express the same enthusiasm compared to his sister. He feels pushed to the side which only creates animosity against Celia. Despite sharing their first magical moment in a club together, this should the heart of their relationship. However, it didn’t turn that way as Celia excludes Carl from involving him in this journey. He feeling shunned. He watches her as she has her cake and eats it. This only aggravates Carl further, but he can’t bring himself to snitch on her. He has his own code he follows. But the more Celia finds her voice, the more Carl feels he loses his. He gets pushed into a corner and it really tests him and his own loyalties.
