I am looking for three male actors to perform a short (5 minute) play that has been selected to be part of the Lost Theatre 5 Minute Festival.

The 5 Minute Festival is one of London\'s longest running and most respected short play festival and I hope this will be an opportunity for actors to show their skills in front of an audience of agents and industry professionals.

Given the fact that this is a short play, the commitment is fairly minimal, and I hope to hold three rehearsals in Kensal Rise NW10 (or another mutually convenient location if necessary) on the evenings of Wednesday 23rd, Thursday 24th and Friday 25th November. The final performance will take place on the evening of Monday 28th November from 5pm - actors must be available for all three rehearsals and for the final performance date.

If the play is selected for the final, there will be a second performance on Friday 2nd December.

The play is entitled War/Murder and is written and directed by Daniel Noake. It is a protest play that offers a critique of modern armed conflict and society\'s blind support of the armed forces. It is short, sharp, and intended to make people assess how murder is justified in the differing contexts of both war and peace. A copy of the full script will be sent upon application.

The characters I am looking for are as follows:

Newspaper seller: Male, playing age 30 - 40

Soldier: Male, playing age 25 - 45

Suit: Male, playing age 30 - 50

It would be great to have more mature actors involved, but I\'m equally happy to cast younger actors who can play older characters confidently.
