Job ID: 6121
Job Specifics:

Details:
An original script telling the story of Morgan’s downward spiral of self-hatred, self-doubt and anxiety.
Gay men are often depicted as sad and young men often suffering from addiction or mental illnesses, this story reverses this stereotype and gives it to the straight man, making the audience think about the roles of stereotypes and what happens to people when snap judgements are made without getting to know the them first.
James, Morgan’s best friend and confidant, tries to help Morgan realise his addiction problem in which Morgan does not see himself. Morgan soon realises that people’s perception of him will never change and takes the only path he sees open for him leaving James alone and guilt ridden.
The story takes the audience on a journey of self-realisation with plot twists to keep the audience on their toes making them realise you cannot believe everything you see.
