General Experience

Worked in the following areas in admin capacity: industrial relations, timber research organisation, insurance, recruitment advertising, BBC, lived in Spain for 10 years working with a solicitor, yachting agent, hotel manager, time share reception. Returned to the UK and worked for an environmental charity, a bank, a university/government quango, latterly for the NHS.

Qualifications & Training

All secretarial qualifications including Pitman shorthand.

Relevant Skills

I spoke Spanish fluently until I returned to the UK - I would say it is now quite rusty. I do understand the Mediterranean way of thinking and being though.

Interests & Hobbies

Watching and attending football matches, attending the theatre (especially musicals), reading (varied genres), going to the cinema, travel both at home and abroad.
