DEC 04 – 26 MAY 05 Merry Hill House
One day a week Duties included working from 9am to 3pm, getting the residents up first thing in the morning, serving breakfast, and other meals, cleaning up duties, toilet duties, washing up the cutlery and general entertainment duties.

September 27th- Villiers Primary School
27th January 05 My day was broke up into two parts, morning and afternoon
One day a week nursery. I supervised lunch breaks and if any first aid duties was needed. My work also allowed me to work one to one with the children, and supervising with their activities throughout the day.

June 03 St Thomas More Catholic School
(2 weeks) This was my first placement, which was based at my school. This included a two week schedule delivering music, drama and English to my peers. Involved me teaching children and interacting with them.

3rd December 2010- North-East Wolverhampton Academy
present I currently work as a cover supervisor covering every lesson that is needed in the school. In my spare time when i am not providing cover i help out in the music department. Recently i have helped out the singers in all years and hope to kick of my singing lessons.

3rd December 2011 I worked in North-east Wolverhampton academy providing children with one to one help or group work. The two subjects i helped out in were maths and English.

July 18th 2010 I was an academic coach in the school Colton Hills,
Woodgreen and Alumwell and help in the maths department. I work with year 7-11 and work with individuals that could potentially earn a better grade. I work within the classroom and help. I also take students out of the classroom up to 5 children each lesson.

December 12th 09 This job where I was a sales assistant on a department called Wedgwood. Duties include me talking to customers and selling cutlery and crystal on the shop floor.

22nd April- Black country Challenge
May 28th 09 My job was an undergraduate Academic Coach this included me helping the children with their Maths. This employment took place in Deansfield School in Willenhall. The job was only a month long to help students with the preparation to there exams. My role was to help children from the age of 11-16 they came out of class and I provided them with help with their maths work or set work. I had 3-7 children come out of class each hour till the school day ended.

14July 08- House of Fraser
10th February 09 This was a temp job until Christmas. I was a sales assistant on the men’s floor on the department of Van Heusen. This included me doing duties such as talking to customers on the shop floor, serving behind till point, keeping the shop floor neat and tidy. I provided one on one customer service about the products. I sold these products, shirts ties and accessories.

1st October 07- Game
12th January 08 At game I was a sales assistant this was a temp job for Christmas. Duties included me working on the till serving customers, interacting with the customers providing them with one on one customer service. Also keeping the shop floor neat and tidy making sure every think was in working order

28 June 06- Bradmore Arms Pub
3rd January 07 My duties included serving behind the bars, cleaning tables, stocking up at night and cleaning down when the bar was closed and dealing with the gambling machines. I worked on the food till as well taking orders. During my employment there I worked 4 times in the kitchen this involved me washing up, taking out plates, cleaning tables and making little puddings. I completed 3 certificates while I was there to perfect my customer experience and knowledge about the bar itself.

Short-term employment at University September 2007- July 2010

Whilst studying at Wolverhampton University I was employed as a student ambassador. Student ambassador carried out temporary jobs lasting from a day to a few weeks work in different events. After doing this job for 2 years while studying at university I was promoted to senior ambassador. A senior ambassador has to look after other senior ambassadors on the job and had more responsibility while carrying the current job.

28th June- 2nd July 10 Summer Schools
The summer schools lasted for a week and was organised for year ten students. This programme was arranged for the students to create a drama piece and have the university experience. During the week’s events I supervised students through there daily activities which included Drama in the day and going out at the night time.

7th-11th June 10 Summer School Work Arena Theatre
14th -18th June 10 I was a
21st -25th June 10 student helper supervising 150 children. My duties were to 22nd- 26th June 09 look after the children all though the week and the activities 8th-12 June 09 they took part in. At the end of the week they put a big
23rd-27th June 08 show on where parents were allowed to attend. The
9-13th June08 children ages varied from 10-11.

In 2009 I did the same job but for two days the Drama teacher wasn’t present and I took over her job. This include me doing 2 lessons of drama each day for two days and in these 2 days I warmed up the children and then made a drama piece for the show at the end of the week.

17th November 09 Black Country Challenge
I work with the academic coaching scheme and for one day there was a session that was held in the Wolverhampton wonders ground. This session included 300 students from all around the West midlands participating in the Black Country challenge. These students were put through workshops encouraging them to become a academic coach and help the children in the future with there maths work. My role was helping throughout the day in workshops making them aware of what a role of a academic coach is and how they can make a difference in schools.

29th June +13th Summer school
July 09 This was a programme designed to show children what university was like for two days. The children took part in various activities from actually university lectures to living in halls. My role was a student’s ambassador I helped and supervised the children throughout the day through their various activates

28th + 29th April 09 Parents evening
For two nights I was a student ambassador helping out with the parents evening. This was an opportunity for parents to come and see the university. While the parents were given a talk it was mine and other helpers’ duty to look after 30 children and do various activities with them.

18th -22nd Dispatch Assistant work
25th-29th August 08 For two weeks I was part of a 7 person team where we worked together towards a target of 6000. Our job was to put 15 leaflets into each university welcome pack for new students.

10th+11th+ Enrolment Assistant Work
15th August 08 During the few days that I worked, my role was helping new students register with the university. It included me helping students taking their photo and uploading it onto the computer. I helped the students register with the university taking their information and uploading it onto computer and giving them a university card.
