About Me

Hi, I'm 39, English, caucasian. I live near Guildford in Surrey but also lived in Australia for 12 years previous which was where I started my acting career. I am now a full time writer/actor.

General Experience

I started off making short films, first as a producer then as an writer/actor. I have made around a dozen short films and acted in TV commercials. I also have experience in boom operation.

Qualifications & Training

PTLLS (Preparing for Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector)city and guilds.

Relevant Skills

I have a range of accents - Cockney, middle class English, Birmingham, Liverpool, Irish (Republic), Australian, New York, Southern American.
I had 3 years of intensive acting training based on the Miesner technique. I have also done various other courses on screen acting, directing and screen writing.
I am a classically trained singer and have done some opera.
I have recently completed a teaching course at Guildford college and plan to teach acting at aome stage in the near future.

Interests & Hobbies

I sing and play guitar. I used to play pool professionally but now I spend my time reading and writing scripts.
