About Me

I am a smiley, relaxed and happy girl with a natural presenting style who could make even the grumpiest of viewers smile! I am currently looking for both paid work and work experience presenting for TV. I love the feeling of coming to life in front of the camera, smiling and having fun. I find a great sense of freedom as soon as the camera is on, as though all of my positive personality traits have been drawn out and exaggerated. I am a diligent worker who is reliable and self motivated with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. I love to live life with an energy that is infectious and I’ve been told that I light up a room!

Experience & Qualifications

General Experience

I recently entered a national competition to present for OSO TV in which I was one of 4 finalists. As part of the promotion for girl group The Funky Divas I presented a JML video. I also presented a dance routine as part of another promotional video for the News of the World website for the same project. I thoroughly enjoyed presenting these pieces and it gave me a taste of presenting for children which I loved! I have done various Extras work and have walked through the doors on This Is Your Life when Tim Smit was given ‘the book’. I also presented and edited a short film for my A Level Media Studies project. All of these experiences have given me an insight into the entertainment industry, and the sheer amount of work needed to produce a good show.

Fitness Instructor Qualifications: CYQ Level 2 Exercise To Music, CYQ Level 2 Circuits, CYQ Level 3 Exercise Nutrition, Emergency First Aid, & an enhanced CRB

Interests & Hobbies

I am in a female group called Tailor Made and we sing and dance to upbeat pop tracks. I love the buzz of performing and ‘working the crowd’. I have learnt, performed and taught dance from an early age which I continue to do now, and I love doing activities which are challenging and fun. I live an active and varied life enjoying water sports and walking my dog, as well as snuggling up with a good book or film and a glass of wine!

Miscellaneous Information

I love Entertainment and Popular Culture Programmes such as Xtra Factor and T4, as well as Blue Peter and the late SMTV Live and CD:UK. I love the energy of such shows and they make me smile. I would love to affect an audience like such shows do.
