About Me

I am a 'just retired' energetic Headteacher with a wicked sense of humour, successful artist and children's game designer. I am now looking to do all those things a boring headteacher hasn't been able to. I am patient and get on with anyone. Survived in teaching 42 years so very flexible and will do anything! Well, almost anything. Ambition is to go on The Apprentice and win. Claim to fame, wrote an episode of Coronation Street for Breakfast TV.

General Experience

Education 42 years, 32 years as a headteacher in Nursery, Primary schools, good at encouraging and managing people, very creative also moderate success as an artist, designing children's books and games, greeting cards. Amateur dramatics in the past, very creative.

Relevant Skills

Previous experience in amateur dramatics, prolific writer of stories for children , adults, humour/ satire. Perform every week doing entertaining assemblies for children in school.

Interests & Hobbies

I write and illustrate children's stories, paint in a style that captures the humour in life. I keep fit by swimming, attending art groups and travelling.
