About Me

Other than having performed in a few plays while I was in junior school, I have no formal acting training or previous acting experience. Although, having been told by friends and family of a potential 'talent', I have never taken these remarks very seriously and have instead chosen to follow my peers and pursue an academic life. It wasn't until recently (after a frank talk with one of my friends) that I even considered taking acting seriously enough to pursue as a potential career goal. As I got nearer towards the end of my last year at university I came to realise that this is something I've always wanted to do, but never had the confidence to drive myself into doing it until now.

Having faced a few traumatic experiences in my life (mainly due to ill health) and overcoming these experiences, it has giving me a unique perspective on life that I would consider valuable potential character motivation. Being an emotional and empathic person, I find it easy to relate to other people's emotions and use that emotion to channel to a character.

Interests & Hobbies

In my spare time, I like to do a range of activities. In the summer months, I like to go mountain biking in the Forest of Dean both on and off the road, as well as the track. I try and stay fit and healthy by going to the gym, I am also an avid Star Wars and Sci-Fi fan. I am also an actor and have worked on a number of productions, both on stage and TV. I have also organised along with my family charity events with our garden railway to raise funds for the Crohn's in Childhood Research Association and the Milestone special needs school, with each event raising over £2,000 every year.
