Employment History & Experience

Experienced in teaching street dance/hip-hop for around 8 years. This includes a regular teaching job in Derby as well as being a guest choreographer at various dance schools across the country. Many years experience in competing, achieving titles in regional and national competitions such as; reigning midland champions with Trinity Elite Warriors, 1st in the over 18's world championships for the quad category, 2nd in the over 16's advanced duo in the world championships, 4th in the over 16's female soloist category in the world championships for 2 years running, and under 14's midland champion. I have been lucky enough to choreograph an extra music video for UK Music Artist Sigala- within a school environment requested by Sigala himself as well as choreographing for amateur school productions. I am currently a student as Manchester Metropolitan University studying a dance (BA Hons) degree which enables me to work with well established dance artists. I have also been lucky enough to be in various promotion videos for various up-coming and established hip-hop/street dance artists. Since the age of 8, I have taken yearly exams in Street Dance with the NATD exam board; ranging from amateur exams (grade 3- gold cross) up to my professional exams (Student Teacher and Associate Teacher). This means i am a fully qualified street dance teacher.

Great communication skills as well as confidence when speaking with new people. Good with working in a team as well as being independent, i also have the ability to lead due to my experience in teaching. Time management skills are brilliant as I am used to working to a strict time schedule which also links to my good organisation skills.
