Im a fun and hard working guy, always have a positive approach to jobs and try to encourage others to do the same, as yes these days are long and sometimes sat around but its what you make of the experience and do that will help you. I listen to instructions and if im unsure or have an idea to help improve something i will always ask questions or suggest something if its right to do so.
