All the necessary training and qualifications needed for each of the above posiions, which includes all the legal Licensing laws and requirements associated with selling alcohol, providing entertainment and allowing music and dancing. Evasive diving skills if under threat (great fast driver). Fully trained in all office procedures. Health and Safety Certificates, Fire marshalling procedures, Hygiene certificates, etc. etc.
