I have been working in music since I was 18 years old, so all experience mentioned previously is relevant to this column.

Qualifications & Training

I have had many years of instrumental lessons, but have never taken any tests other than grade 2 Jazz Piano (for which I got a distinction). I opted to stop taking the tests shortly afterwards as they didn't seem as relevant for my goals.
