About Me

I am looking for acting and/or singing roles, both in theatre (particularly musical and panto!), and television/commercial/role-play/promotional work. Whilst within professional paid work, I am new to the industry, and currently working on building professional, paid credits.

I am currently working part time in a semi scripted/improv role, as Mrs Claus, for a local Christmas experience, and have recently also been offered a similar position as an elf and a lead role in panto elsewhere too...which sadly I could not undertake this year. However... I am very keen to apply for any panto role with earlier, or later dates than I was previously offered, as I would absolutely love to do panto!

Musical theatre wise, I am a First Soprano-Contralto, with basic dance skills and have experience of singing/acting/dance whilst in training (FDA Musical Theatre). I have ballroom and Morris dancing experience, and can quickly learn choreographed movements of any genre.

Earlier this year I played a duel role (housemaid and ensemble), in a large scale, community production at Lichfield Garrick Theatre. I have also undertaken some professional voiceover, and ASM work there since.

I have paid modelling and promotional experience, predominantly via Salloways Jewellers, Lichfield, Staffordshire (runway/large events/photographic) and represented my hometown as it\'s Deputy Bower Queen during the year 1998/1999.

I am ideally looking for seasonal and ad hoc/part time work, and am able to travel some distance for the right roles. I would be interested in any acting roles, vocal work, TV and film (including commercials) and panto.
*It might be worth noting that I would also be happy to do a shorter run of a touring Panto (up to two weeks at a time, plus rehearsals) as I\'d love to do panto.

I have worked previously in teaching, childcare and education, and management (including events management). I am first aid trained (St Johns Ambulance) and BSL 1 certified, and historically, also have some healthcare experience which is useful for medical role play. I hold a number of other work related certificates including safeguarding of children/food hygiene/COSHH etc...

As highlighted, in addition to acting and singing, I also have some voiceover, ASM, modelling and backstage experience (assisting with lights/sound, costumes etc), and would happily consider such roles also...I\'m very much a jack of all trades and happy to \'muck in\' and assist with whatever I\'m able to!
