About Me

I'm Dennis aged 59 and a retired Plasterer from ATHERTON Greater Manchester. I have been married to Brenda for 37 years and have three grown up children.
Since 2002 I was the voice behind the mic commentating on live broadcasted premier & Championship league games. Two fans, one from each club watched the live game to give an alternate commentary, mainly humorous from the usual Sky Sports commentary. I have appeared on an ITV Digital sports quiz show. I have also been interviewed on local radio when I had a book published. I am a very quick learner and can turn my hand to almost anything.
I have been told by many people especially friends that I would make a brilliant character in a sit comedy or even a drama.
This is my first time enrolling for something like this. I eagerly await a reply.

General Experience

I am not scared of a camera, I talk with a typical Lancashire accent, I also can talk in a number of regional accents.
I have O level qualifications in Maths English Spanish & German. I am computer literate. I hold a full clean Drivers license.

Interests & Hobbies

Season ticket holder at Bolton Wanderers, I write poetry and songs but I'm a terrible singer.
I'm a member of CAMRA and like the real beers from micro breweries. I am a volunteer at Beer Festivals where I get to sample all the delights on offer, I can then pass my knowledge of the beers to the punter.

Miscellaneous Information

I wrote a book which was published. Soon after publication it went global. Most ex pats bought the book and also football fans from around the world. Most of the proceeds went to a local charity.
