About Me

I'm 57 and proud of it, full of stamina and always looking for something new to try. Now that I am semi-retired from teaching, this is the chance for me to look into new beginnings and opportunities, an inspired desire to explore the world! I have always been involved in Drama since leaving school, usually directing others. Now I would like to venture into the world of television and film.

Travelling and music are two of my enjoyable pastimes, belonging to Rock Choir. I play the piano, usually for my own benefit.

General Experience

I have just given up teaching Drama after 36 years. My recent position was Faculty Leader for Arts and Media (Art,Dance, Drama and Music). I have prodeuced and directed many, many school productions and showcases ranging from Pygmalion, The Country Wife and Shakespeare to musicals such as Dracula Spectacular and Annie.

I trained in Dramatic Art and Technique, Music and English quite a while ago!.

I have also worked closely with many, many T.I.E companies and professional practitioners in the Theatre

Certificate of Education(teacher training) in Dramatic Artr and Technique, Music and English.

Diploma In Drama In Education.
