Hi, I've been a Paramedic for 30 years and have been in all kinds of scrapes in this time. Prior to that I was Part of a British Army bomb disposal team in Belfast. To say I love Adrenaline is an understatement - both for kicks and work! I'm pretty fit and regularly take part in Triathlons, adventure running, marathons any kind of sport that's on offer really. I'm not phased by too much these days and while I have no desires to become an actor (Stuntman Maybe!)
