I am a London based artist looking for an actor to do a voiceover for a sculptural video installation.

Using material from the 1970s, the work is aparallel narrative that explores the line between actual event, fictionalencounter and personal anecdote. I am looking for an actor (female 35 50)

who can bring these nuances to life someone who has good narrationskills, can adopt a confidential/intimate tone and appear unrehearsed. I would like to hear from people who are UK English speakers (first language)and also people who have English as their second language.

There is no budget as such (the work is self-funded) but I can pay UKP 80(including all expenses) for a day's work.

Half a day rehearsal South West London and then half a day (one hour session) to record in Central London.The actor will receive a credit and video documentation of the finished work.Recording will take place w/c 9th August Please send voice clips (MP3 is best but other formats okay) or a link to bronwenbuckeridge(@)yahoo.co.uk of your voice online will ask a shortlist of 2 or 3 to record and email me a rough version of the actual text.
