 Then Britain’s Best Dish 2010 wants to hear from you! Britain’s Best Dish is an annual cooking competition to find the country's most delicious starter, main course and dessert. We're looking for amateur chefs to cook their signature dishes for our panel of judges.

The overall winner receives the ultimate accolade of ‘Britain’s Best Dish’ and takes home a £10,000 cash prize.

We will be holding nationwide auditions throughout May, so to register interest in your regional audition…
