female contemporary dancer to perform in spring 2009 in London. The ideal candidate should be available for rehearsals commencing in January 2009, typically twice a week (exact time/date tbc with dancer). Candidate should be trained in contemporary dance and have a minimum 1 year performance experience. She is looking for a very strong performer with a background in either African dance, Capoeira &/or break dance (floor work). apply no later than Mon 24 November 2008. Date, time and location of the audition will be confirmed after application. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for a workshop/audition in London. Please note that, while extra funding is being sought, the post is currently paid for the performance only. However this may change.
