Scruffy, tall, cool school-boy. Wears his tie loose around his neck and thinks he can get any one of the pretty girl’s in school. Has a dark, brooding, unnerving look. Think ‘Robert Pattinson’ in the movie Twilight. Winter’s Secret is a coming of age journey of a young girl who on a magnetic winter’s day finds love and life but then uncovers a terrible, dark secret. This Short is an original story with a unique visual style and twist but also blends the intrigue of films such as Stand By Me and Wild Strawberries, together with the suspense and horror of films like Knife in the Water and Atonement. It is written by an experienced MA (Hons) Scriptwriting (Goldsmiths University Alumni) writer/director and has a great team in place. The writer/director has written and directed numerous commercial projects for major production companies, advertising agencies and large global brands. The Short will be shot on HD and post produced using a state of the art London studio. It will also be backed heavily and promoted to enter major festivals in 2009 such as Cannes, New York and Berlin.
