I am currently casting a pivotal role for my short HD film project, "Cracks".

We will be shooting in London in late June (dates TBC). We are shooting on HD, and the finished film will be taken to numerous festivals and will be screened online. The shoot will take place over 5 days (4 one week, 1 another).

Due to the project being funded by myself I can only hire cast and crew on an expenses only basis. This includes travel, accommodation (if needed), good food, plenty of tea and coffee, and of course a copy/credit on the film.

The story follows Sarah, a young woman desperate to escape a past that could threaten to break apart the relationship with new boyfriend Doug.

When Sarah has to meet his parents she is shocked to find that his father Rob is a dark figure from her hidden past. Will the truth come out?

Here is the character breakdown... Rob is an adulterer, with a penchant for misusing his time with prostitutes. His wife is oblivious to this and he does his best to cover his tracks. It's not long before the truth of his past comes into his home in the form of his son's fiance Sarah... and Rob begins to panic.
