Multistory Films is currently casting for their next short film. The film, entitled 'Rosie', is about a young girl who lives in her own imaginary world. The film will be live action, though we will be using a range of animation from stop-motion to CGI to create Rosie's imaginary, fantasy world. We are looking for a male actor with a playing age of around 40, and a slim build, to portray the role of 'Schmeising', the crazed owner of the Schmeising Institute where Rosie is sent to have her imagination beaten out of her. The shoot is planned for the week commencing Monday 5th January 2009 for 6 full days and the character of Schmeising will be required for approximtely 3 of the days. Because we have a very limited budget we are only able to offer expenses. Catering will also be provided on set. The locations are set in the New Forest and Bournemouth areas, and we are ONLY considering those that live locally to this area as accomodation will not be provided.
