Touring Theatre Company require an actor m/f for a national tour of nine two-hander plays. Applicants must have reliable transport AND LIVE WITHIN 15 MILES OF WOKING and/or WEYBRIDGE, SURREY for early morning starts in the Company vehicle. Applicants must be prepared to drive the Company Estate Car and should possess a clean driving licence.
Experience in TIE is essential. We are looking for an energetic, versatile, enthusiastic performer with stamina, good comedy skills and some experience in mask work and puppetry. Excellent line-learning ability a must!
The Non-Equity contract is for a year (comprising three school terms)beginning September 2015.
There will be a fixed fee of £100 for rehearsals which will begin with immediate effect. A salary of £300-350 PW depending on experience, regardless of the amount of bookings will be paid once the contract begins mid-September.
