Film details Twenty years ago on the Island of Andros, six year old Rosalina Crabopolou saw her loving parents shot dead when terrorists attempted to kidnap the young heiress. The events of that warm fatal summer night haunted Rosa for years. On her 18th birthday and with unlimited funds at her disposal she disappeared and is now known only as “The Crab”, one of the most dangerous women in the world, with only one mission in life – to rid the world of evil at any cost Our ideal Actress would be aged 24-35, athletic, physically fit, has knowledge of martial arts, Mediterranean looks, good tan, long dark hair, tall, good looking, speaks with a foreign accent and can use a semi-automatic handgun!!!! But that would be our ideal Actress. In reality we are just looking for an Actress with a lot of energy who fancies being a female James Bond and beating up a few blokes. You will have to be fit and have the ability to take instruction from our martial arts instructor and stunt/fight co-ordinator. The opening shots show the character looking her best but be warned she is interrogated and takes a bit of a beating herself, lots of mascara running, blood, mucus etc, so you will not look good or healthy in these shots. It’s a challenging role and a lot of time in make up. These roles don’t come up often in shorts, its going to be a lot of fun shot over two days in Hartford, Cheshire on Sat 7th and Sun 8th February 2009. You will be working with a relaxed crew that has worked together before. This will Brushy Creek Films third short and will be filmed on HDV using two Sony Z1’s on every shot. We are offering £200 for the two day shoot, two nights accommodation in pleasant local accommodation, food and drink throughout the shoot (we have an awesome catering crew) your own assistant to fetch cups of tea and run around for you and of course a copy the DVD. We are based in Cheshire and do not offer any travel expenses as we prefer to recruit crew and cast locally, however we do view every application. Anyone who has to travel any distance for this role unfortunately has to do so at their own expense. It’s important that any applicant is aware of this fact. Good Luck! Casting Now
