About Me

Hi I'm Matt.

I'm somebody who has always loved the Acting as well as the Media profession from a young age, I knew from the age of 13 that's what I wanted to train in acting and stayed focused on it. I now want to be succesful and versitile in both acting and media. I would describe my personality as outgoing and I like meeting new people. It's important for me to enjoy my work and keep learning and applying the skills I've learned so far. There's always something new to learn, I always find.

As soon as I started acting it was noticed straight away I have a flair for comedy Performance, it actually won me an award at College for a comedy role in a Musical. My influences include Michael Crawford and Rowan Atkinson. I'm slowly writing comedy scripts that I would like to be considered for a production on TV.

I studied Drama to full degree level and graduated in 2009 with a BA Hons specialising in community theatre practice. Since then my main job has been in media, working as a senior News and Weather Presenter at a local radio station (BBC trained), I present entertainment news in the afternoons and also present a show called the "Power Hour"
