About Me

I am 16 years old and live in Cheshire. I have been raised in a fairly middle-class manner, attending an 'outstanding' comprehensive secondry school until 2011. Having completed my GCSEs I have realised that it may be time for me to think about my future, and although in two years time I will have AS and A levels, I see no reason against attempting to pursue a career I have desired my entire life in the mean time.
Eventually, I wish to become involved in films, although until that time comes I am willing to take roles as extras and take part in television, including adverts.
Although I do not have much experience, I hope to create some quickly, and will hope and fight to become successful.

General Experience

Admittedly I have very little experience other than drama school, general school performances and home-made films with friends. Despite the fact that I have a lack of professional experience, I am passionate about acting and would love to pursue a career in the film industry, although I appreciate that this may take some time.

Qualifications & Training

I have no qualifications, but I am a former member of the Helen O'Grady drama school, in which I took part in various stage productions.

Other Information

Relevant Skills

I have excellent acting skills, as I have been told by friends and family, and have always been dramatic, thriving on dressing up and acting.
I have an excellent ability to embrace my character, a skill which few people truly possess, I find myself able to become any character thrown at me, whether it be posh, intelligent, working class, northern, southern, or even foreign, as I have the ability to speak in various accents, and the abilty to teach myself to speak in new ones.
As well as acting I have a reasonably good singing voice, which although is not perfect, and has only been heard by a few, is of a decent standard, and my mother often comments on my talent.

Interests & Hobbies

The interest at the top of my list is, of course, acting, although I also have a great interest in and love of music.
My other, general interests and hobbies are perhaps not the usual ones possessed by people my age. I have a certain love of fishing, target shooting and, strangely but brilliantly, hula-hooping.

Miscellaneous Information

If the right opportunity comes along, then I will be willing to make sacrifices in order to devote myself and live up to the best that I can be. Occasional days away from college will not be a problem for small acting jobs, and for a part in a film or major television series I will be willing to drop out of college, as I can always return in the future and I may only have one chance to live the dream.
I will be happy to play various parts, and may be willing to cut my hair (depending on how much I will have to give up this may be a great sacrifice).
