Hey there!

Call me ISHQ!
I am a model, writer, activist and dancer from London. I teach dance and would love to create a space for women to form a bond with one another. I think that its important for a woman to in some way or another have some form of unity with other women in her life. These classes would *specifically* be aimed at beginners.

My dance classes are to enable:

- Confidence
- You to set yourself little tasks to achieve a particular goal
- You to learn that you do not need to look like anyone else whilst dancing, in order for it to look good
- You to find your own Rhythm
- You to trust your own pace
- Us to unite as women
- You to remember that you are \"MORE\" than the roles you take on everyday. Whether that be a Mother, a Mother-In-Law, a Carer, someones daughter, someones girlfriend, a work colleague, a boss, someones wife, a teacher, A BOSS or a friend who puts others needs first.

My class is Ideal for:

- Beginners
- Something to do in the day
- Having fun
- A good work out


I do charge £6 a lesson, which would be a class of multiples BUT! if you can bring one or two friends with you then the lesson would be free for you (you personally).
