Singer & Dancer Auditions

An American entertainment production and creative development company, is conducting auditions in London to cast singers and dancers for 2014-2015 international shows, theatrical presentations and cruise ship productions.

DANCERS: Sign in beginning at 9:00am, audition from 9:30am - 1:00pm. Seeking professionally trained dancers, with strong technique in ballet, jazz, theater dance and contemporary dance styles. Dancers must be athletic and attractive with an affinity for performing in theatrical and commercial style shows.

SINGERS: Sign in beginning at 1:30pm, auditions from 2:00pm - 5:00pm. Seeking excellent and versatile singers that have professional vocal training and performance experience. Singers should be able to sing a variety of styles, with a focus on Pop, Rock, R&B, Contemporary Musical Theater, Broadway and Jazz. A live pianist will be provided, so please bring appropriate sheet music in the correct key. Backing tracks, CDs, MP3s or acapella singing will not be accommodated. Be prepared with 16-32 bars of an up-tempo and a ballad to display contrasting styles.

Seeking all vocal types, but typically seeking females with a pop belt range (top range at C6) and males with pop/rock baritenor or tenor range. Falsetto may be required for some roles. Height requirements: females 5’3” - 5’9” males 5’6” - 6’3”.

He directed, staged and developed state of the art video projections for Sin City Comedy which is currently playing at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. Mr. Murphy also worked for Cirque du Soleil� in conjunction with The Beatles LOVE at The Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

In 2013, showHive was honored to oversee the production of a massive new show, Illusions, at the Joyland Grand Theater. Located west of Shanghai China, featuring a cast of 60 international and Chinese dancers and acrobats, Illusions was presented in a newly built 1400 seat theater. The Grand Theater features a massive 180 degree state of the art high definition 3-D LED video wall that has been acclaimed as the largest in China. Currently, showHive is in development with a major cruise line creating new production shows for a 2014 debut.
