I'm currently putting together a Celtic show for corporate shows and theatre tours. The concept and make up of the show is a 6 piece band with 4 x female Irish Dancers. This is not the run of the mill Celtic show as it will be quiet rocky with new arrangements of old favourites etc and a very big sound!

The project is in rehearsal at this stage and there are some very big agencies and management companies waiting and standing by. I'm looking for one lead dancer/Dance Captain with choreography experience that I can pass my concept across to and three other girls. On a 1hr 30min show, dancers will be required on stage for approx 30-40 mins. Corporate shows will be shorter. Amount of work will depend on how well the package is received, but I am predicting approx 80 shows in 2016 and possibly more.
All shows are obviously paid, but I am looking for people who can see the bigger picture and who are willing to help me package it up, i.e. rehearsals, videos and a showcase, on a goodwill basis, with a view to being permanent crew members for the paid work in 2016. There will be travel involved including the US and Canada, so professional commitment is essential. There is lots on youtube and google etc re Creeds Cross, BUT, please be advised, this show is completely different. Band rehearsals have already commenced, and video shoots etc are scheduled for the 3rd, 4th and 5th of January.
Please only apply if you have Irish Dance experience and you are willing to give your time to get this packaged up. It is a loyal production and first call will always be given to the girls that are involved from the start. Please also make sure you are available for the video shoot days before applying.
