We need outgoing, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work in our Christmas Grotto!
We are looking for people who not only have a professional approach to customer service but who are also able to drive sales whilst creating a magical and memorable environment for our customers.
We need. Santas, Managers and team members who will be responsible for welcoming children into the Grotto and ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable experience. You may be responsible for operating our photography system. Elves may also be required to operate our till system and ensure that our company sales standards are met at all times. Ideal applicants will be confident and outgoing as a considerable amount of customer interaction and improvisation will be required throughout. A full DBS (CRB) check will be required along with references. Full time and part time positions available.
Managers will preferably have at least 1 year experience in an event type environment.
Full training is provided!
