Job Description
We are looking for fun, sociable individuals who are passionate about FightMe, and who are happy to work weekends whilst hanging out with like-minded people.
We are looking to build a vivacious, bright team of people to be our FightMe Crew members.

Duties and Expectations:
- To represent the FightMe brand via the execution of a variety of promotional activities.
- To fully understand and execute what is outlined in an event or promotional brief.
- To be on time for events with all correct merchandise, literature and directions.
- Every member of the FightMe crew is responsible for the allocation and safe return of branding to and from venues.
- To maintain a high standard of performance and appearance, and wear the official FightMe Crew uniform at all times.
- To attend regular FightMe Crew meetings, these meetings will take place out of normal office hours.
- To have a full understanding of the FightMe brand and how to communicate its values to the general public.
- To be able to answer questions about FightMe at street level, or offer help and guidance to the public.
- To be able to complete tasks and show initiative without constant supervision
- Ability to communicate with the public, FightMe staff, and other street team members professionally and politely at all times.



Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Essential
- ‘Can do’ attitude and a drive to succeed
- Common sense and initiative

Desirable
- Past experience in a promotional environment and events
We will be holding a recruitment day is Thursday 17th April taking place at our offices in Hatton Garden. Applicants will be required to give a 5 minute demo of FightMe to one of the FightMe Marketing team. Lucky applicants will be contacted and invited to meet the rest of the FightMe promotional team the following week.

Working hours
Hours vary from weekdays to weeknights, weekends, and bank holidays. The rate of pay is £8.00 per hour (unless otherwise stated). All tickets and travel expenses will be paid for. On average up to 16 hours per week. FightMe is not obliged to provide with any minimum hours of work per week.
