Filming in Farnham on the 26th & 29th of march. A short film for coursework at University for the Creative Arts on the BA Hons Film Production course(2nd year)

Guilt tells the story of Wes and Cathy, a fairly new couple who are deeply in love. Cathy needs to consume blood to survive. Wes is aware of Cathy's condition, but is accepting of it as she does not drink human blood.

One night Cathy comes back from a night out seemingly drunk and in pain. It quickly escalates and she needs to consume blood or she may not survive through the night. Her container of blood is all empty, so Wes has to help her somehow. He is very reluctant and refuses to do it at first, but she eventually convinces him to go out and kidnap someone so she can drink their blood. He will become her accomplice in murder.

He kidnaps someone for her and leaves her to do what she needs to do, so he goes outside to calm his mind. The guilt eventually gets to him and he rushes back to the flat to stop her, but it is too late. As he lays in bed at night he thinks about what has just happened and reflects on his relationship with Cathy. Can he still love her despite what she made him do? Or is his guilt too strong for their relationship to withstand?

Creating the film:
It will be filmed on a Canon 550d DSLR(with Magic Lantern firmware) with a variety of lenses such as:
Canon 50mm 1.8 (Portrait lens)
Canon 28mm 2.8 (Normal lens)
Samyang 14mm 2.8 (Ultra Wide Angle lens)
Peleng 8mm (Fisheye Lens)
Sigma 70 - 300mm Apo Macro (Telephoto lens)

We will be using the brand 'Pigs might fly' fake blood which has been used in hollywood films such as Harry Potter.

The shoot dates are 26th and 29th of March, but I MAY be flexible, so email me if you cannot make those shoot dates. I know it is short notice but I will need to hear from you as soon as possible if interested as I am also looking at other sources for actors.

Email me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you would like to see the script and are interested in the project. There will most likely not be any auditions due to time constraints so I will have to judge you on your showreel. However before we start filming we will rehearse some of the scenes.

An acting SHOWREEL or a video clip if your acting is a must.

Travel costs will be covered and food provided.

Due to budget constraints we will only be able to hire actors travelling from London or nearby areas.
