Great Grottos are the UK leaders in the professional management of Christmas Grottos. Daily tasks include, serving customers, staff reporting, cashing up, banking, receiving deliveries and demonstrating exceptional customer service. Successful candidates demonstrate strong customer service experience, tidiness and time management. Grotto Managers should also be willing to wear one of our handmade Elf costumes. Great Grottos provide a full training programme for all staff where you will learn of the techniques necessary to professionally manage your Grotto.
