Details:

Saucy Jack & The Space Vixens - Book and Lyrics by Charlotte Mann & Michael Fidler
Music by Jonathan Croose & Robin Forrest. Additional music by Adam Meggido & James Compton
Based on original ideas by Johanna Allitt, Simon Curtis, Charlotte Mann & Michael Fidler

Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens is not just any old musical. It’s a cult phenomenon - a fantastic, intergalactic adventure, a brilliant audience experience, tonnes of cheeky fun, and a brilliant party night out, all wrapped in plastic and sprinkled with more than a healthy amount of glitter.
With songs like “Glitter Boots Saved my Life”, “Space Trucking” “Let’s Make Magic” and “All I Need is Disco” this is sure to be one night out not to be missed.

Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens will be performed from Wednesday 9th – Saturday 12th November 2016 at Ye Olde Rose & Crown Theatre Pub in Walthamstow. Performances at 7.45pm & a Saturday Matinee at 2.30pm
Roles required:

We will be looking for actors interested in the roles listed in the attached role document. Some roles have already been cast so we are looking to fill the remainder of the roles. All performers will be required to sing, dance and be very enthusiastic about the show. Our aim is to perform the show in "cabaret" style - so there will be LOTS of audience participation and interaction. The show is a great ensemble piece so everyone gets a fair crack at the songs as well as LOTs of stage time. It's very tongue in cheek and with a very generous sense of humour. (It's also VERY high energy - so leave your inhibitions at the door!) Please note: We are a non-professional company and as a result all roles are unpaid.

About the show:
Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens was first performed at C Venue at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival on 9th August, 1995, produced by Johanna Allitt and Michael Fidler. It premiered in the West End of London, produced by Ian Lenagan for Counterpoint Theatre at the Queen’s Theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue on 25th March 1998.

More information about the show can be found at www.saucyjackandthespacevixens.com - you can also follow the Space Vixens show @SpaceVixens on twitter and @SJSVOfficial on Facebook.
