About Me

A few weeks ago I got back from an actingcourse in Los Angeles, and I am ready for a new international challenge!

I am willing to travel abroad for exciting roles/projects, so if you think I would add value to your production after reading my profile feel free to invite me over for a cup of tea to discuss the possibilities. I am fluent in English and Dutch, and also speak French and German.

Studies and professional experience
During the last seven years I have been working for several companies and sales-departments as both a salesman and a motivational trainer, which I enjoyed. I know how to challenge myself to get results, and I also discovered that I really like to coach people and help them to see things from the positive side.

I graduated in International Business & Languages, and in 2013 I have studied one semester in South-Korea, which was a great experience. Courses I followed were truly an eye-opener for me regarding global environmental issues, and it made me realize that there is more to pursue in life than just money.

Acting
Presenting, convincing, and expanding my comfort-zone were always essential parts of my career, and because acting is something I always found interesting, I decided to go to L.A. to focus on this and to develop my acting-skills. The course I followed at the Acting Corps (North Hollywood), is based on the Meisner and Chekhov techniques. My positive energy, broad interest, and international experience combined with my ability to fully live in the moment open up a large variety of character-possibilities.

My roles in my last 3 projects were:
1. Detective Gilligan, LR (Bad cop, although I applied for the role as good cop:), in the short-film Cryptic Illusion
2. Kevin, a bartender that was constantly stalked by an obsessive girl in the movie ANDY.
3. And last but not least: An extremely hyper-excited Smartwatch-fanatic who couldn\'t stop making selfies of himself in a little commercial for Mediamarkt. ;)
